Requirements

  • Ability to develop, monitor, and control budgets, report variances, and optimize costs
  • Understanding of applicable regulations, brand standards, timelines, and budgets for store openings, renovations, and maintenance

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute store opening, renovation, and maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with brand standards, timelines, budgets, and regulations
  • Obtain permits and licenses, and manage facilities and building infrastructure for operating units
  • Oversee all stages of store construction and renovation (schedule, budget, suppliers, materials, and quality)
  • Monitor development of layouts and architectural projects for alignment with branding, global guidelines, and local standards
  • Coordinate acquisition and renewal of all required licenses and permits
  • Select, contract, and supervise engineering, architecture, maintenance, and cleaning service providers
  • Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of stores to safeguard continuous and safe operations
  • Develop and monitor annual construction and maintenance budgets, report variances, and optimize costs
