Responsibilities

Take initiative to learn how to be an AP leader through training from the ETL-AP mentor, seeking opportunities for growth and development
Provide new ideas and recommend solutions to business or team opportunities
Partner with store leaders regarding team member (TM) performance by teaching, coaching, training, and delivering timely performance feedback
Demonstrate and lead a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; hold others accountable
Influence and validate a security culture by driving physical security and safety processes; lead store response to emergency crisis situations and create plans for in-store events
Educate store leaders and teams on emergency preparedness and physical security procedures
Educate store leadership on merchandise protection
