Responsibilities

  • Take initiative to learn how to be an AP leader through training from the ETL-AP mentor, seeking opportunities for growth and development
  • Provide new ideas and recommend solutions to business or team opportunities
  • Partner with store leaders regarding team member (TM) performance by teaching, coaching, training, and delivering timely performance feedback
  • Demonstrate and lead a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; hold others accountable
  • Influence and validate a security culture by driving physical security and safety processes; lead store response to emergency crisis situations and create plans for in-store events
  • Educate store leaders and teams on emergency preparedness and physical security procedures
  • Educate store leadership on merchandise protection
