Requirements

Four to six months Retail Distribution Center or Warehouse Environment experience preferred
Able to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 60 pounds
Adequate fitness level for frequent lifting, walking, standing, moderate climbing, occasional sitting, stooping, and kneeling (with or without reasonable accommodation)
Able to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) per Distribution Center requirements
Willing to perform shift work, including overtime, weekends, and/or holidays (2nd shift positions available)
Effective communication skills with co-workers and management

Responsibilities

Retrieves and places merchandise in pick slots and/or totes for placement on the conveyor using proper lifting and safety procedures
Cuts boxes to fit slots without damaging merchandise using proper knife safety procedures
Matches item numbers, FDS packs, and case count against RF Guns, Computer Screens, or Slot Assignment Worksheets/Labels to ensure correct merchandise is stocked
Achieves set standards (engineered or productivity) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Ensures merchandise is accessible to Order Fillers to maintain consistent workflow and minimize downtime by pushing merchandise forward in pick slots
Notifies management of merchandise damages, overages, shortages, and slot adjustments as needed
Fills in and assists with order filling duties as time permits
Follows set safety procedures and guidelines to maximize personal safety
Maintains an organized work area and promotes a safe working environment within the Repack department
Follows all Company policies and procedures
All other duties as assigned
