Responsibilities

  • Supporting clients with more demanding needs in selecting the best banking products and services
  • Ensuring professional service and the best experiences related to branch visits
  • Active collaboration between bank units (leading and taking a cross-segment view of the client)
  • Offering and promoting banking products
  • Realizing individual and team sales tasks, for which monthly attractive premiums are awarded
  • Telephone and direct contact with clients
  • Building long-term relationships with bank clients and acquiring new ones
  • Daily handling of cash transactions (in cash branches) and non-cash transactions in the branch
  • Working in accordance with applicable procedures and standards across all distribution channels
