Requirements

  • Experience in preparing, structuring, and recommending structured finance, corporate, or financial institution credit transactions
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and credit issues, supported by experience in conducting economic-financial analyses of investment projects and/or corporate clients
  • English language proficiency enabling free communication in speech and writing (mandatory)
  • Ability to formulate conclusions and strategic thinking
  • Communicative and open to new challenges

Responsibilities

  • Managing and shaping the assigned portfolio of structured finance credit clients, including project finance (e.g., renewable energy sector or infrastructure investments), LBO, CED, and others
  • Participating in the largest transactions in relevant sectors in Poland
  • Collaborating with clients of global reach
  • Preparing risk profile analyses of transactions/projects in the form of credit applications
  • Structuring, recommending, and presenting credit transactions at local and global Santander Group decision-making forums
  • Collaborating with other organizational units in the Bank, including PBBiK and SCIB business lines, as well as global credit risk teams of the Santander Group
