Responsibilities

Perform financial analysis of companies: analytical review of historical performance (sales, margins, fixed costs) and analysis of forecast elements (business plan, financing plan)
Conduct company or intangible asset valuations
Participate in acquisition due diligence: analyze historical and future performance of target companies to identify risks affecting valuation or transaction structuring
Support post-acquisition follow-up: implement acquisition contracts, including final purchase price validation
Provide vendor assistance: pre-sale diagnostics, assist sellers throughout the transaction process (prepare/analyze financial information, manage buyer information requests, negotiations)
Prepare vendor due diligence: create analysis documents for potential investors on risks and issues of target companies
