Student from university or business school with specialization in marketing/communication
Passionate about commercial development and/or marketing topics, with an appetite for entrepreneurship, learning, and promoting
Ideally, first internship experience in a consulting firm (or large company, or communication agency) in implementing operational projects
Experience in organizing a ranking, award, or competition is a plus
Creative, structured, involved, versatile
Mastery of writing in French
Strong professional conscience and sense of confidentiality
Comfortable with the Office Pack and office tools
Good level of English in writing and oral
Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal managers (steering committee members, partners, marketing manager, business developers) on maintaining steering documents (tracking objectives, deliverables, performance indicators) and overall process follow-up
Participate in exchanges with sponsors
Provide regular follow-up and coordination of tasks for the marketing team, including monitoring company application processes, communications, internal liaisons, and booking slots and meetings with teams
Ensure maintenance and updating of databases, dedicated website, and marketing tools
Act as interface with the graphic studio, communication and digital team in implementing marketing and event tools
Assist in organizing the jury and gala ceremony, including logistical aspects with the event team, on-site help during the event, and liaisons with jury members, winners, and speakers
Potentially support the Private marketing manager on operational marketing aspects
