Stagehand - Head Electrician at Feld Entertainment

The Stagehand - Head Electrician will lead a team of stagehands, providing expertise to develop technical and soft skills, serve as the working leader in setup, tear-down, and maintenance tasks within the electrics department, guide assistants and local crews, foster teamwork and communication, troubleshoot technical challenges, mediate work-related conflicts, and deliver training to ensure efficient operations and continuous improvement. They will also be accountable for the repair, maintenance, and ordering of replacement parts for all equipment, ensuring the safety, security, and operation of three-phase power systems, moving light operation, interactive tracking systems, and other electrical equipment, while adhering to production guidelines and company regulations. Furthermore, they will manage the department's budget and accept all other duties as assigned by supervisors.
