Seeking an end-of-studies internship (6 months) available for March 2026
Solid technical background in financial and accounting analysis (ideally with a previous audit internship)
Skills in preparing and modeling financial flows (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
Confirmed sensitivity to IT environments
Adaptable, rigorous, and proactive
Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to share experience
Strong interest in the real estate sector (no prior experience required)

Participate in financial and accounting analysis missions (due diligence) in support of the Transaction Services team in Real Estate
Understand historical performance and recurrent EBITDA levels
Analyze adjusted net debt or revalued net assets, off-balance sheet commitments
Critically analyze the business plan provided by the client or perform financial modeling of the target's BP (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
Contribute to team life (recruitment, training animation, business development, HR management)
