Responsibilities

Effectuer un état des lieux des tâches et interactions opérateurs/logistique
Définir des potentielles pistes d’amélioration
Mesurer l’impact sur le taux d’occupation du personnel pour identifier les gains potentiels et les investissements requis
Rédiger un cahier des charges et consulter les fournisseurs
Participer puis piloter un projet d’optimisation des flux des processus de fabrication
