Responsibilities

Improve the existing resource allocation prototype by integrating stock constraints and pretreatment wait time anticipation
Optimize task scheduling and technician assignment to maximize efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and adapt to demand variations
Develop models for better repair planning to reduce delays before repairs start
Generate actionable insights to guide future technician training and machine investment decisions
Contribute to automating and enhancing workflow management in the repair center for improved productivity and performance
Collaborate with the Circularity Team on projects impacting sustainability, economic, and environmental criteria
