Responsibilities
Conduct documentary research
Training in consultation techniques
Participate in client meetings
Participate in internal working meetings on files
Draft conclusions for litigation
Prepare procedural correspondence
Exchange with opposing counsel and courts
Handle a variety of topics in individual and collective labor relations (employment contracts, dismissals, reorganizations in national and international contexts, litigation, relations with employee representatives) and social security law
