Requirements
- Élève-avocat or holder of a Master 2 in Droit des Affaires or Droit Fiscal / DJCE
- Autonomous and rigorous
- Strong interpersonal skills, analysis, and synthesis abilities
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Availability for a 6-month end-of-studies internship starting in 2025 or January 2026
- Based in Strasbourg (with telework options)
Responsibilities
- Conducting documentary research in corporate law and tax law (contracts, commercial litigation, legal secretariat, restructurings, tax litigation, corporate taxation, acquisition audits)
- Participating in drafting legal opinions in the aforementioned areas
- Participating in drafting all acts related to company life
- Participating in conducting audit operations
- Following litigation procedures and drafting procedural documents (summons, conclusions, requests, etc.)
- Assisting in client meetings and providing general assistance to colleagues in the aforementioned areas
