Responsibilities
The Stage - Consultant en Recrutement will be responsible for identifying and contacting freelancers, supporting Senior Recruitment Consultants in sourcing talent, and acting as a point of contact for assignments, managing complex client requests, and collaborating with Sales teams to fulfill client needs. They will also utilize their expertise of the Malt algorithm and associated Best Practices to effectively match freelancers with clients.
