Preparing a Certificat de Spécialisation Barman/aid (exclusively)
Placing customer satisfaction at the heart of actions and not afraid to approach customers
Good mood, ease of communication, stress resistance, and team spirit
Fluent French (C1) and operational English (B2); a third European language is a plus
Flexibility in working hours, including weekdays, weekends, and shifts from 6:00 to 2:00

Responsibilities

Welcome, advise, and serve customers courteously and efficiently
Prepare and serve ordered drinks (cocktails, spirits, beers, sodas)
Perform complete bar setup before, during, and after service
Handle clearing tasks, drink and snack service in compliance with procedures
Rotate through all positions (welcome, drink production, cashier, room service, etc.)
Respect hygiene and safety procedures and rules (HACCP)
Participate in implementing new actions, products, services, procedures, etc
