Solid technical background in financial analysis (ideally with previous internship in valuation)
Experience in developing and modeling financial flows
Particular interest in the real estate and/or hotel sector
Strong analytical, synthesis, and rigor skills
Ability to work in a team with customer service orientation
Excellent level of English orally and in writing

Acquire high-level knowledge of underlying assets, their markets, and trends impacting real estate
Master asset valuation methods
Define relevant analysis axes from provided documents
Participate in writing report sections in French and English in a concise and impactful style
