Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on platform infrastructure. Strong expertise in cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP is required, alongside proven experience in implementing infrastructure-as-code using clean, modular patterns. Deep knowledge of networking, system design, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices is essential, as is a clear understanding of business priorities and the ability to translate them into effective work plans.
Responsibilities
As a Staff Software Engineer - Platform, you will develop an Internal Developer Platform to enhance Developer Experience, build secure-by-default Platform primitives across networking, computing, and observability, and ensure availability and cost-efficiency across production clusters and tenant workloads. You will implement self-service Platform tooling to empower developer teams, partner with Security, Services, and Product teams to meet enterprise-grade reliability and compliance standards, and continuously evolve the Platform through automation and modern cloud-native patterns. Additionally, you will lead, mentor, and coach other engineers, and demonstrate an ownership mindset with a bias for action and clarity.
