Requirements
Candidates should have 7+ years of software engineering experience with a platform/infrastructure focus, deep expertise in Azure cloud services and the Kubernetes ecosystem, and strong Go programming skills with experience in operator development. Proven technical leadership, system design skills, and experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep are also required, along with strong collaboration skills and a passion for enabling developer productivity. A proactive and curious attitude about AI's potential role in automation, ideation, and decision-making is also a requirement.
Responsibilities
The Staff Software Engineer will architect and build scalable platform solutions on Azure, including developing custom Kubernetes operators using Go and operator frameworks. They will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code tooling, lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and solve complex distributed systems challenges to drive platform reliability.
