Requirements

8–10 years of software development experience, with proven full-stack expertise
Advanced expertise in Python and solid experience in Java (Spring Boot)
Demonstrated experience with RESTful API architecture and development
Comprehensive knowledge of SQL and optimized data access patterns
Expertise in JavaScript (ReactJS/Redux), Flutter, HTML, CSS, JQuery, and HTTP protocols

Responsibilities

Architect, design, and oversee the development of platform modules and major product modules (web client, server, data access/model, integration, package customization)
Lead the development and optimization of enterprise search, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and LLM-powered solutions, leveraging Model Context Protocol (MCP) by Anthropic
Mentor team members and provide technical guidance in design, code quality, and engineering best practices
Prepare and review technical documentation and detailed component designs
Lead solution discussions, drive the adoption of tools, frameworks, and architectural patterns
Ensure software quality, scalability, and maintainability through best practices and code reviews
Diagnose and resolve complex system and integration issues
Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, learning, and technical excellence
