Requirements

Exceptional technical knowledge and experience in building backend tools for banking as a service
Enthusiasm for solving complex problems with large datasets via simple, flexible, high-security interfaces
Proficiency in MS SQL, C# .NET Core, Vue.js, Python, and other modern technologies
Experience with SCRUM framework for team-based design, implementation, and maintenance
Skills in developing high performant SQL stored procedures, API layers, batch processes, and front-end tools
Experience with automated testing and automated deployment
Ability to work closely with engineers, designers, and management teams
Availability for occasional on-call support in live production systems
Knowledge of security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies/controls
Capability to mentor teammates, provide technical leadership, and evangelize best practices

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain products using MS SQL, C# .NET Core, Vue.js, Python, and other modern technologies
Using SCRUM, work as a team to design, implement, and maintain backend tools for money movement in the banking solution, including SQL stored procedures, API layers, batch processes, and front-end tools
Develop automated testing and automated deployment needs for high maintainability and expandability
Develop and improve development methods to ensure a highly productive team and environment
Work closely with engineers, designers, and management to rapidly build, iterate, test, deploy new features/products, and maintain high-quality code base and testing automation
Support, maintain, and resolve problems for custom features in live production systems, with occasional on-call availability
Ensure adherence to all security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies/controls
Assist and mentor teammates to provide technical leadership and evangelize best practices
Improve and scale existing products and tools
Launch new projects from ideation to completion
Monitor and reduce cybersecurity product risk
