Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of related experience or an advanced degree with 6 years of full stack development experience, delivering end-to-end enterprise-grade applications. Proficiency in modern UI frameworks like Angular or React, strong JavaScript development skills, and experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), messaging systems (Kafka, Dell Boomi), monitoring tools (Splunk, Catchpoint), and web infrastructure (API Gateways, CDNs) are required. Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, software performance tuning, and advanced experience with relational databases are also necessary. Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes is a plus.
The Staff Software Engineer will build high-quality, scalable, clean, and reusable applications and solutions within the Connected Customer Experience (CCX) team, collaborating with engineering leads, architects, and cross-functional partners. They will develop across the full web technology stack, including JavaScript, AngularJS, React, HTML, CSS, and SQL. The engineer will contribute within a Scrum-based Agile environment, partner with CCX product teams to understand requirements and take ownership of features from design to delivery, and build intuitive, configurable software. They will play a key role in enhancing existing products and designing/implementing new features, while also sharing knowledge and contributing to a culture of learning and collaboration.
