Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of 1–2 senior engineers in delivering production-grade creative tools
  • Shape and communicate architectural vision
  • Contribute hands-on code to build systems
  • Work on content analysis & insights (evaluating creative assets like video, imagery, copy)
  • Develop AI-augmented content creation tools to help brainstorm, prototype, and produce assets
  • Build workflow automation for creative teams (integrating with design, video, publishing pipelines)
  • Create data-driven creative testing systems combining experimentation with analytics
  • Ensure delivery excellence and build trust with creative partners by understanding their processes
  • Balance architectural vision with day-to-day problem-solving
