Responsibilities

Lead a small team of 1–2 senior engineers in delivering production-grade creative tools
Shape and communicate architectural vision
Contribute hands-on code to build systems
Work on content analysis & insights (evaluating creative assets like video, imagery, copy)
Develop AI-augmented content creation tools to help brainstorm, prototype, and produce assets
Build workflow automation for creative teams (integrating with design, video, publishing pipelines)
Create data-driven creative testing systems combining experimentation with analytics
Ensure delivery excellence and build trust with creative partners by understanding their processes
Balance architectural vision with day-to-day problem-solving
