Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery phase of large Mobile Engineering projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams, determining strategy, driving prototypes, and validating feasibility
  • Troubleshoot business and production issues for mobile devices, including analysis, root cause determination, and prevention across devices
  • Lead project teams by providing direction on plans, solutions, timelines, architectural patterns, and reviews
  • Develop innovative mobile technology solutions and strategies, collaborating with partners, assessing opportunities, and defining development guidelines
  • Lead medium- to large-scale, complex, cross-functional Mobile Engineering projects, including requirements translation, code development, integration, UI solutions, testing, and on-time delivery
  • Drive execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying needs, communicating priorities, removing barriers, measuring progress, and developing contingencies
  • Provide supervision and development for associates through selection, training, mentoring, and team building
