Responsibilities

• Participate in the construction of the next-generation risk management systems.
• Encourage innovation in product and feature design, while maintaining a high level of quality, scalability, and performance.
• Mentor junior engineers during code reviews and team discussions.
• Collaborate on implementing a technological vision for the company.
• Influence the entire engineering team, impacting customers and the company as a whole.

Requirements

• At least eight years of experience as a software developer.
• Extensive knowledge of software engineering processes, structural design, and system optimization.
• Strong experience in designing and operating scalable backend infrastructure to support business growth.
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Motivation and a desire to learn and grow.
