Responsibilities

Drive system design and technical planning for projects, including large, complex, cross-functional initiatives
Partner on architectural decisions for critical systems
Define and implement engineering standards, patterns, and best practices across the organization
Make strategic trade-offs between technical debt, feature delivery, and system reliability, communicating rationale and impact
Design and build high-performance, distributed systems including data pipelines, APIs, and microservices
Architect intuitive, responsive web applications and internal tools for clinical and operations teams
Ensure observability, monitoring, and operational excellence across services, infrastructure, and applications
Apply expertise in backend and frontend to deliver complete, production-ready solutions
Champion security best practices, data consistency, and regulatory compliance across the stack
Partner with product, operations, and design leadership to align engineering with company priorities
Act as technical advisor to multiple teams on design, technology, and implementation
