Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Computer Engineering, with a Master's degree being a plus. A minimum of 8-10 years of product management experience is required, including at least 3 years in a senior or staff-level role. Proven experience with AI/ML-driven products, particularly in sales or forecasting tools, is essential. A deep understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales forecasting methodologies is necessary, along with experience building and scaling enterprise-grade software products and working in a high-growth or start-up environment.

Responsibilities

The Staff Product Manager will define and communicate a compelling long-term vision and roadmap for the forecasting product. They will lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and designers to build AI-driven forecasting features. Responsibilities include driving user-centric design through research to understand sales team needs and coordinating stakeholder alignment by managing trade-offs between user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives. The role also involves evangelizing the product and defining/tracking key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy, user adoption, and engagement.
