Requirements

7–11 years of product management experience at a high-performing, consumer-facing company
Experience in fraud detection, risk management, or ecosystem integrity; familiarity with trust & safety principles is a plus
Strong analytical and technical skills — comfortable working with data to diagnose issues, define KPIs, and validate solutions
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority
Experience building or integrating automation and AI-driven tools to improve operational efficiency and safety
A thoughtful balance of risk management and user empathy — protecting users while enabling freedom and connection
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex topics into clear, actionable insights
Prior experience or exposure to data science, software engineering, or other data-driven functions highly valued

Responsibilities

Lead efforts to detect and moderate spam, fake accounts, harassment, and other malicious behaviors that affect user experience (Platform Integrity)
Develop and refine AI/ML systems to moderate the platform at scale while being mindful of user needs
Work closely with Customer Experience, Legal, Privacy, and Marketing to translate policy into actionable product requirements (Cross-Functional Collaboration)
Develop user-facing features that promote authenticity and trust on the platform while respecting discreteness and privacy (Build User Trust)
Define and monitor metrics that measure fraud, risk, and ecosystem health; use data insights to proactively reduce exposure and improve user experience (Data-Driven Decision Making)
Support cross-functional response plans for incidents impacting platform integrity and user safety (Crisis & Incident Response)
Stay ahead of regulatory, technological, and behavioral trends in fraud and platform risk to evolve the approach and protect the community (Continuous Learning)
