Responsibilities

Own the Finance & Premium Audit product segment to reinforce the brand promise of being “easy as pie.”
Improve customer and agent satisfaction while increasing operational efficiency in financial workflows (e.g., flexible payment options, timely and accurate commission distribution)
Simplify and enhance the premium audit experience for small business owners, minimizing unexpected costs and administrative burdens
Differentiate Pie’s service from industry norms to increase satisfaction among insureds and agents while preserving value for Pie
Define a novel operating model for product management interactions with third-party business systems, internal system administrators, and integration engineers
Mentor or manage up to one junior product manager
Serve as the face of the product to senior leaders
Drive high-impact outcomes in complex business domains
Align with company strategy to identify and execute innovative solutions
Build business cases to guide investments
Ensure cross-functional alignment on priorities and impact
