Responsibilities

  • Own and lead CXO design, contributing to conversations and direction of the product roadmap and strategy
  • Partner closely with engineering, data science, and product management to find refined but practical solutions to design challenges
  • Lead design for internal and client-facing AI-powered tools that empower our customer experience agents and improve client interactions
  • Create multiple concepts and prototypes, recognizing when meticulous attention to detail is needed and when low-fidelity sketches are adequate for visualizing ideas
  • Listen to users to develop the right product strategy and find solutions that delight our customers
  • Leverage data to inform your design solutions
  • Understand the strategic direction and vision for your working areas and ensure all UX efforts are aligned with that direction
  • Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in customer experience tooling and AI-powered solutions
  • Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate innovative solutions into your product design
