Requirements

Experience in platform engineering or site reliability engineering (SRE/infrastructure)
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code
Ability to own projects end-to-end with minimal oversight
Capacity to handle personal and confidential data securely and responsibly
Skills in debugging thorny issues and making good scaling decisions
Comfortable scaling infrastructure under rapid growth and high customer demand

Responsibilities

Dive into scaling problems and add new capabilities to the platform
Optimize the homegrown ultra-dynamic recruiting DSL-to-SQL compiler and create tools for developers
Create automated guardrails for the security and privacy of customer data
Help developers ship features fast through canary deploys, gradual rollouts, and feature flags, while managing complexity and reducing downtime
Work with the business and engineering team to define SLOs and implement corresponding SLIs
Ensure all communication with external services supports retries and circuit-breakers
Implement infrastructure to support an event-driven architecture and data workflows
Build a future-proof platform that withstands high scale and delivers seamless experiences
