Clinical Pharmacist (Temp-to-Hire)

Candidates must be Part A licensed by the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia, in good standing, and possess a minimum of 2 years of pharmacy experience, with preference given to experience in mail-order or high-volume settings. Advanced proficiency in Kroll and general pharmacy IT systems is required, along with strong detail-oriented skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively as a team player.
The Staff Pharmacist will accurately and safely fill prescriptions using established workflow procedures, counsel patients on new therapies, monitor patient adherence and provide ongoing medication consultations, maintain patient profiles and records in accordance with all privacy and regulatory standards, and collaborate closely with a team of pharmacists, technicians, and other pharmacy staff to support smooth, efficient daily operations. They will also ensure full compliance with all regulations set by NAPRA and the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia, and be flexible to support shift coverage on short notice.
