Requirements

  • Proficient in contributing to technical project direction in a collaborative team environment, including but not limited to architecture, estimation, and developing requirements
  • Experience contributing to or leading open-ended discoveries, with a proven ability to unearth high-quality AI/ML opportunities for customers and/or product teams
  • Experience building and maintaining an ‘MLOps’ platform to accelerate the development, deployment, and maintenance of AI/ML models
  • A track record of delivering ML-enabled solutions

Responsibilities

  • Apply (and extend) state-of-the-art natural language processing, machine learning, and statistical techniques to develop predictive models and optimization algorithms
  • Use sophisticated analytical methods to automate existing processes and enable new capabilities
  • Utilize machine learning and large-scale data mining techniques to discover and identify actionable patterns in the data
  • Mentor more junior Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists
  • Deep dive into the data to understand and apply patterns, while maintaining a sense of the big picture
  • Work closely with engineers & product managers to put research results into action
  • Experiment to create new models to improve Bazaarvoice products and retrain existing models
