Requirements

Proficient in contributing to technical project direction in a collaborative team environment, including but not limited to architecture, estimation, and developing requirements
Experience contributing to or leading open-ended discoveries, with a proven ability to unearth high-quality AI/ML opportunities for customers and/or product teams
Experience building and maintaining an ‘MLOps’ platform to accelerate the development, deployment, and maintenance of AI/ML models
A track record of delivering ML-enabled solutions

Responsibilities

Apply (and extend) state-of-the-art natural language processing, machine learning, and statistical techniques to develop predictive models and optimization algorithms
Use sophisticated analytical methods to automate existing processes and enable new capabilities
Utilize machine learning and large-scale data mining techniques to discover and identify actionable patterns in the data
Mentor more junior Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists
Deep dive into the data to understand and apply patterns, while maintaining a sense of the big picture
Work closely with engineers & product managers to put research results into action
Experiment to create new models to improve Bazaarvoice products and retrain existing models
