7+ years of experience designing and developing ML systems for impactful product experiences
Proven track record in optimizing ML algorithms and building ML pipelines
Authority in machine learning and AI, with deep understanding of applying them to real business problems
Expertise in Python, SQL, and tools for data-intensive computation
Ability to ship maintainable and scalable ML models handling millions or billions of records
Experience working across the full data and ML stack, from simple heuristic experiments to complex GenAI models
Strong software engineering craft and thoughtful architecture of data and ML systems
Relentless collaborator who works cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams

Responsibilities

Design and implement ML-powered features for search, discovery, personalization, and recommendation systems
Elevate our ML platform for model building, training, and deployment at scale
Research and implement machine learning best practices to elevate our creator platform
Utilize data and ML to optimize key business funnels and enhance user experiences
Contribute to the development of AI-powered creative tools
Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams, bringing strong business context to your decision-making and using influence to build alignment and drive impact
Proactively assure progress with stakeholders and continually assess prioritization in order to move the business forward
