Requirements

Candidates must have at least 7+ years of experience building production-level frontend applications using frameworks like React, Angular, or WebGL, with a strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and dynamic frontend fundamentals. Experience building, deploying, and operating high-availability services is required, along with a proven ability to lead large technical initiatives from conception to operationalization and continuous evolution. Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, and experience with cloud infrastructure, automation, configuration management, artifact management, and advanced CI/CD solutions are also necessary. Experience creating enterprise architecture, systems architecture, and integration architecture standards, frameworks, and practices is essential.

Responsibilities

The Staff Full Stack Engineer will build UX experiences and agentic workflows to enhance ML engineer productivity and develop backend integrations for a unified ML lifecycle experience. They will be responsible for improving system observability, debuggability, operational excellence, and user experience, while owning and driving the design and architecture of the ecosystem to meet security and compliance standards. This role involves establishing metrics for platform performance and health, creating roadmaps for scale, reliability, and low latency, and partnering with cross-functional teams to design, architect, and build UX and backend integrations. Responsibilities also include working across the entire project lifecycle, reviewing and approving technical designs and pull requests, improving documentation and development processes, identifying new areas for innovation, and developing technical talent within the team through mentorship and recruiting.
