Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and maintainable UI solutions that support internal developer workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify developer pain points and translate them into actionable improvements
- Drive platform-level enhancements using technologies like microfrontends, React, GraphQL, and AWS
- Research and pilot emerging technologies—including AI—to improve developer tooling and experience
- Influence product roadmaps and engineering standards through proactive engagement and technical leadership
- Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and inclusive design
- Demonstrate deep technical knowledge to understand and shape requirements for internal platform improvements
- Identify and lead solution strategies that enhance developer experience, security, and code quality
- Apply best practices in frontend architecture and secure coding to deliver robust UI components
- Collaborate with other squads to pilot new capabilities and ensure seamless integration across systems
- Analyse and resolve bugs, performance issues, and usability challenges with minimal guidance
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align technical initiatives with product goals
