Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on scalable UI architecture
  • English level B2 or above
  • Proven expertise in modern frontend technologies such as JavaScript, React, and GraphQL
  • Experience working in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor other engineers
  • Strong understanding of secure coding practices and performance optimization
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • Experience working in agile environments and contributing to product roadmaps
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote, multicultural team setting

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and maintainable UI solutions that support internal developer workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify developer pain points and translate them into actionable improvements
  • Drive platform-level enhancements using technologies like microfrontends, React, GraphQL, and AWS
  • Research and pilot emerging technologies—including AI—to improve developer tooling and experience
  • Influence product roadmaps and engineering standards through proactive engagement and technical leadership
  • Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and inclusive design
  • Demonstrate deep technical knowledge to understand and shape requirements for internal platform improvements
  • Identify and lead solution strategies that enhance developer experience, security, and code quality
  • Apply best practices in frontend architecture and secure coding to deliver robust UI components
  • Collaborate with other squads to pilot new capabilities and ensure seamless integration across systems
  • Analyse and resolve bugs, performance issues, and usability challenges with minimal guidance
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align technical initiatives with product goals
