Requirements

Candidates must possess expert-level frontend skills with deep hands-on experience in modern JavaScript and TypeScript, fluency in React or similar frameworks, and the ability to structure large-scale frontends for maintainability. Experience in frontend architecture leadership, including designing and scaling complex UI systems, balancing reusability with pragmatism, and explaining trade-offs in component design, state management, and performance optimization is required. Fluency with design systems, including shaping or evolving them, and a product-first mindset with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape product direction are essential. Curiosity and a future-oriented approach, staying updated on emerging frontend tools and techniques, particularly AI and LLMs, are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Staff Frontend Developer will play a foundational role in shaping the frontend architecture and practices, working collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. Responsibilities include leading the modernization of the frontend stack, making strategic decisions about tooling, patterns, and design systems to enable faster, more consistent development. They will build new features, improve performance, refactor legacy code, and drive technical direction and standards for user-facing software. Additionally, they will mentor engineers, guide design discussions, and influence the long-term vision to ensure the UI remains scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly.
