Requirements

  • Technical expertise in manufacturing processes, particularly WDMCL, SMD, PSC, Cassette Washer, OSA, or Auto titrator cleaning processes
  • Ability to develop and improve cleaning processes for existing and new products
  • Knowledge of yield, cost, quality, and pph (parts per hour) improvement methodologies
  • Experience in handling customer feedback related to processes
  • Capability to drive PN1 and PN2 cleaning process development
  • Skills in qualifying new cleaning materials (e.g., filters, chemicals, brushes)
  • Proficiency in setting up quality indicators and in-process indicators (e.g., chemical concentration, media cleanliness particle counts)
  • Experience with Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) and improvement actions
  • Ability to prepare white papers, technical reports, and documentation (SMO, TECN, PECN)
  • Knowledge of safety, health, EHS, and ISO compliance requirements
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teams (e.g., automation, manufacturing engineering, ISO, EHS) and vendors/suppliers

Responsibilities

  • Optimize and improve manufacturing processes (WDMCL, SMD, PSC, Cassette Washer, or Auto titrator) for yield, cost, quality, and pph
  • Perform media cleaning cost reduction activities
  • Set up quality indicators for assigned cleaning processes
  • Drive PN1 and PN2 cleaning process development
  • Execute cleaning improvement activities to meet organizational goals for current and future products
  • Qualify new cleaning materials (filters, chemicals, brushes) for 2nd sourcing
  • Execute cleaning machine pph and utilization improvement activities
  • Align cleaning improvements with manufacturing engineering objectives for media yield and quality
  • Execute cleaning cost-saving activities to meet company targets
  • Sustain cleaning processes by monitoring in-process indicators
  • Prepare white papers, technical reports, and documentation for process implementation
  • Lead FMEA for cleaning processes and execute improvement actions
  • Work with automation team to develop and design new cleaning tools
  • Prepare and update weekly Asia Cleaning Team activities progress reports
  • Participate in weekly Cleaning Virtual meetings and daily yield improvement meetings
  • Set up auto shutdown fixtures to prevent production of bad quality parts
  • Build technician technical skills related to cleaning processes
  • Follow all safety and health rules and conduct technical sharing on media cleaning topics
  • Work with ISO team to ensure compliance with practices and procedures
  • Work with EHS team to set up safety fixtures
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for new processes and materials
