Requirements

Technical expertise in manufacturing processes, particularly WDMCL, SMD, PSC, Cassette Washer, or Auto titrator cleaning processes
Ability to develop and improve cleaning processes for existing and new products
Knowledge of quality indicators, yield improvement, cost reduction, and process metrics (e.g., pph, utilization, chemical concentration, particle counts)
Experience with process development, including PN1 and PN2 cleaning, new materials qualification (filters, chemicals, brushes), and automation
Skills in documentation (white papers, technical reports, SMO, TECN, PECN) and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA)
Ability to lead technical sharing, training technicians, and participating in meetings (weekly Cleaning Virtual, daily yield improvement)
Compliance with safety, health, ISO, and EHS requirements
Willingness to work on-site full-time and adapt roles based on business needs

Responsibilities

Optimize and improve manufacturing processes (WDMCL, SMD, PSC, Cassette Washer, Auto titrator) for yield, cost, quality, and pph
Handle customer feedback related to assigned processes
Perform media cleaning cost reduction activities
Set up quality indicators for cleaning processes
Drive PN1 and PN2 cleaning process development
Execute cleaning improvement activities to meet organizational goals for current and new products
Qualify new cleaning materials (filters, chemicals, brushes) for 2nd sourcing
Improve cleaning machine pph and utilization
Align cleaning activities with Manufacturing Engineering team for media yield and quality
Execute cleaning cost-saving activities
Sustain cleaning processes via in-process indicators
Prepare white papers, technical reports, and documentation (SMO, TECN, PECN)
Lead FMEA for cleaning processes and execute improvements
Work with automation team to develop and design new cleaning tools
Prepare and update Weekly Asia Cleaning Team Activities progress report
Participate in weekly Cleaning Virtual meetings and daily yield improvement meetings
Set up auto shutdown fixtures to prevent bad quality parts
Build technician technical skills for cleaning processes
Follow safety and health rules
Conduct technical sharing on media cleaning topics
Work with ISO team for compliance
Work with EHS team to set up safety fixtures
Work with vendors and suppliers for new processes and materials
