A Level 8 Degree in Polymer or Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline is required, along with minimum 4 years experience in a manufacturing environment, proven project management skills, very good knowledge of injection mould tooling and design, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
The role involves working as part of a multi-disciplined team in an aggressive, dynamic and results motivated environment, interfacing with departments like Materials Science, Design, and Quality Assurance.
Strong candidates will have a relevant engineering degree, 4+ years in manufacturing with injection moulding expertise, proven project management delivering critical projects, technical leadership ability, and skills in structured problem-solving, process improvement, and team collaboration in a fast-paced setting.
