Expertise in monorepo management, build/test/deploy processes for high-commit-volume teams (e.g., 75+ commits/day with continuous deployment)
Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (primary) and some Go
Ability to work on multi-cloud and multi-region infrastructure
Passion for solving hard technical problems in developer productivity
Strong communicator with a growth mindset, motivated, and persistent

Responsibilities

Own the build/test/deploy pipeline as single-threaded owner for a monorepo supporting 50+ engineers
Improve monorepo productivity (e.g., detangle build/test/deploy patterns, investigate/implement tools like TurboRepo)
Drive excellence in testing (e.g., improve test coverage views, support data sources/destinations/enrichment patterns, help teams identify gaps)
Support multi-region and multi-cloud backend infrastructure, including expansion to new regions for data residency
Enhance operational excellence (e.g., catch issues pre-production, enable quick responses)
Spend onboarding time writing and delivering features to understand dev flow
Own and deliver projects end-to-end, work directly with customers on scaling problems, influence team/company priorities
