Candidates should possess a strong background in modern web development technologies, including React and Typescript, with a preference for Ember.js. Experience with Ruby on Rails and Node.js is required, alongside knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL and DynamoDB. Familiarity with API management and AWS or similar cloud platforms is also desired.
The Staff Developer will be responsible for scoping, planning, and leading large projects, delivering significant features and roadmap items, and communicating across teams to refine requirements. They will also be the go-to person for solving unknown problems and delivering solutions, continuously improving the codebase, upholding a high engineering culture through PR reviews, architecture patterns, and coding styles, and navigating competing stakeholder interests to deliver user-delighting features.
Social media management and influencer marketing tools
