Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field with at least 7 years of professional experience. They should have experience training classifiers, encoders, and generative models, particularly large language models, both from scratch and through fine-tuning. Fluency in Python and SQL, specifically with Snowflake, is required, along with experience in distributed systems and machine learning models. Familiarity with working on large language models and retrieval-augmented generation systems is essential. A strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design is necessary, as well as thorough testing and code review practices. Strong verbal and written communication skills and openness to new technologies and creative solutions are also important.
