Requirements

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally in team environments
6+ years of experience in product analytics/data science
Expert with SQL and experience with Python or R
Ability to think creatively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, often ambiguous work environment
Experience designing, interpreting, and iterating on A/B tests; practical knowledge of experimentation methodologies and frameworks
Experience with Periscope, Tableau, Databricks, Amplitude, and/or Optimizely (plus)
Experience creating offline ML models (plus)

Responsibilities

Work closely with the product and engineering teams to define key metrics and answer important questions
Conduct analysis and opportunity sizing to find opportunities for improvement and turn hypotheses into actionable and well-designed experiments (A/B Testing)
Identify KPIs and develop dashboards to monitor metrics, show current status, goal achievement, and reasons why
Communicate results, influence stakeholders, and serve as a trusted thought partner for product, engineering, and leadership teams
Ideate, execute, and measure initiatives
