Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally in team environments
  • 6+ years of experience in product analytics/data science
  • Expert with SQL and experience with Python or R
  • Ability to think creatively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, often ambiguous work environment
  • Experience designing, interpreting, and iterating on A/B tests; practical knowledge of experimentation methodologies and frameworks
  • Experience with Periscope, Tableau, Databricks, Amplitude, and/or Optimizely (plus)
  • Experience creating offline ML models (plus)

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to define key metrics and answer important questions
  • Conduct analysis and opportunity sizing to find opportunities for improvement and turn hypotheses into actionable and well-designed experiments (A/B Testing)
  • Identify KPIs and develop dashboards to monitor metrics, show current status, goal achievement, and reasons why
  • Communicate results, influence stakeholders, and serve as a trusted thought partner for product, engineering, and leadership teams
  • Ideate, execute, and measure initiatives
