Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)
Experience with CI/CD platforms such as CircleCI, AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
Experience with observability tools like DataDog, CloudWatch

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, integration, and deployment processes
Create reusable patterns and templates to simplify builds and releases across multiple services and teams
Maintain and improve infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
Support containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS/EKS
Design, build, and maintain observability platforms spanning metrics, logs, traces, and events to enable comprehensive system visibility
Lead or contribute to infrastructure projects that enhance deployment speed, cost efficiency, and platform reliability
Champion best practices in software reliability, security, and scalability across the engineering organization
Coach and mentor engineers on platform architecture, DevOps principles, and modern implementation strategies
Embed with engineering teams to assist in adopting new technologies, troubleshoot complex issues, and solve problems that span multiple domains
Collaborate with teams across the organization to improve tooling, automation, process, developer experience, and the overall engineering ecosystem
Automate everything - from deployments to monitoring - to simplify operations and scale your impact
Implement and manage secrets management, logging, alerts, and backup strategies
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to builds, deployments, and infrastructure performance
