  • Clinical consultative experience in a traveling role required

  • Demonstrated success in clinical workflow analysis or process redesign
  • 80%+ travel throughout the assigned region, with the possibility of occasional international travel

  • Project management experience including documenting system requirements, creating and maintaining project plans, writing project status reports, leading internal teams, and working with client IT and clinical units to deliver solutions aligned with standard processes and meeting project success criteria
  • Clinical experience in telemetry or critical care nursing with patient monitoring

Responsibilities

  • Assist with design of customer specific databases and system-level specifications to implement work and communication flows
  • Conduct clinical workflow design sessions, gathering data, developing new processes and workflow improvements
  • Provide assistance with training of nurse call and patient alarm integration
  • Manage, oversee and deliver clinical / system training for clients providing training strategies that include Vocera best practices
  • Represent and build the Vocera brand by serving as a liaison between Stryker, Stryker Contractors, Third-Party Vendors and Customers
  • Maintain open communication with the Professional Service team, Technical Support Engineers, and Areas Sales Managers
  • Contribute to development of clinical best practices through collaboration with Practice Management and the Project Management Office
  • Develop drafts of clinical documentation and assist with clinical marketing and support of new products and services
