Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product management, design, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
  • Architecture & Development: Design, architect, and implement scalable backend services using Java, TypeScript, and modern cloud-native technologies
  • Technical Innovation: Research, prototype, and evaluate new technologies and architectural patterns through Proofs of Concept to address evolving product needs
  • Full-Stack Ownership: Own the complete software development lifecycle from initial design through deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance in production environments
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high code quality through comprehensive unit testing, integration testing, test automation, and adherence to CI/CD best practices
  • Release Management: Lead the deployment and release process for services, ensuring smooth rollouts with zero-downtime strategies
  • Mentorship & Growth: Mentor engineers at various levels
