Requirements

College or university degree in Computer Science or a related field
10+ years in software development, with expertise in back-end systems
Hands-on experience in software design, architecture, and data modeling for large-scale systems
Go (must have), Java, Kotlin, C++, Node.js
AWS, GCP, or MS Azure
Strong experience with REST and/or GraphQL
Experience with SQL, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar systems
Well versed with unit testing and test frameworks
Proficiency with Linux environments and GIT
Knowledge of TMForum and 3GPP standards is a plus
Expertise in designing scalable, large-scale systems with a focus on telecom applications
Proficient with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude)
Ability to engage with stakeholders, translate requirements into design/architecture, and execute independently
Strong functional knowledge of telecom, architecture expertise, and the ability to write and implement high-quality code

Responsibilities

Build the Telecom Infrastructure for NextGenOXIO
Spearhead the expansion of the SDK, empowering customers to create innovative telecom experiences within their mobile applications
Develop and maintain microservices in Go programming language
Utilize Protobuf and gRPC for internal microservice interactions, REST when public-facing
Deploy microservices using Docker
Manage infrastructure on AWS
Implement Data Warehousing with Airflow & Superset
Work with multiple kinds of databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB
Collaborate with Android and iOS App development (Java and Swift)
Collaborate with Angular and React website development
Translate requirements into design/architecture
Work independently to execute tasks
