Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or a related field
At least 2 years of hands-on accounting experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Experienced with QuickBooks Online
Strong computer navigation and data management skills
High analytical ability and problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Exposure to U.S. accounting processes or BPO experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day accounting functions including journal entries, general ledger, and GAAP accounting
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and reconciliations
Assist in preparing and maintaining financial reports and documentation
Collaborate with the Team Lead and team members to meet accounting deadlines and quality standards
Handle assigned tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy
Provide administrative point-of-contact (POC) support as needed for coordination and documentation
