Requirements

Knowledge of U.S. GAAP; strong understanding of core accounting principles an advantage
1–2 years of progressive accounting experience; technology/SaaS exposure is a plus
Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP; comfort with ERP reporting/analytics an advantage
Strong communication skills; ability to partner effectively across functions and geographies
Organized, hands-on, and adaptable; able to prioritize, multitask, and independently drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment
Mindset for automation and AI; proficient with spreadsheets (formulas, pivots, lookups) and eager to pilot new tools

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day general ledger activities and help deliver accurate, on-time end close in collaboration with FP&A and cross-functional teams
Support statutory audits and filings for international entities, coordinating required schedules and documentation
Prepare or assist with international indirect tax filings and partner with the tax team on compliance for entities outside the US and Canada
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders; communicate proactively to resolve issues and improve outcomes
Drive process improvement: standardize checklists, reduce manual touches, and propose automation to improve accuracy, efficiency, and speed
Assist with acquisition integrations by aligning new entities to accounting policies, controls, and close cadence
Apply an AI-first toolkit: use tools to automate and streamline reconciliations, recurring journals, variance analysis, audit requests, documentation drafts, and GL anomaly reviews
