- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Operations, Health & Safety, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and/or related fields
- Authorized to work for any employer in the US without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future
- Available for Summer 2026 internship (up to 40 hours per week; part-time during school year may be available)

Responsibilities
- Apply educational experience to solve real-world business problems
- Complete a specified project aligned with academic goals and organizational needs
- Prepare a report on project findings
- Present results and recommendations to the leadership team at the end of the summer
- Participate in weekly 1:1 mentoring conversations with functional experts for career development
- Develop understanding of team and department initiatives and goals
- Attend customized trainings and workshops focused on career development and networking
- Collaborate with peers
