Responsibilities

Apply educational experience to solve real-world business problems
Complete a specified project aligned with academic goals and organizational needs
Prepare a report on project findings
Present results and recommendations to the leadership team at the end of the summer
Participate in weekly 1:1 mentoring conversations with functional experts for career development
Develop understanding of team and department initiatives and goals
