Responsibilities

  • Apply educational experience to solve real-world business problems
  • Complete a specified project aligned with academic goals and organizational needs
  • Prepare a report on project findings
  • Present results and recommendations to the leadership team at the end of the summer
  • Participate in weekly 1:1 mentoring conversations with functional experts for career development
  • Develop understanding of team and department initiatives and goals
